BD thanks for all your help! I cleaned up all my grounds you listed and made a jumper from the rear lamp to the right side frame rail and all seems to work good now! I put it on the road today and got it inspected and took it for my first drive. Everything seems good in the light department, but I'm having some stalling issues at stops and idol, I'm not sure if this is the right section to post in so I'll report back in the proper section after work tomorrow and try to detail the problem more.
