This is all really good. I will agree that the info in Irish's post #9, everything from the dashed line up should be added to the tech section where you started your GVWR/GCWR post.
My truck had a 350, TH350 and 4:10 new. Now it has a beefy 350, beefy 700R4, and 4:10. The hitch only has bolts holding it to the frame, everything else is fully welded. My best guess is it most likely is a Class 4 hitch, an older one because it's a 2 inch receiver. I'm considering removing it to look for more info that may be on it where I can't see. The bolts are pretty large as you can see. The rust is only surface stuff, it would come right off if i wanted to sand and paint it.
I know that new, with eng/trans/rear-end/tire cap/spring cap, the GVWR is 8200lbs. Well now, with the stronger eng/trans/tires, the HD springs I put up front and the new HD springs I'm going to put in back, the GVWR will be substantially higher. I have always trusted it, maybe someday I'll get something heavier duty. I do want to get one of those gooseneck/5th wheel combo hitches.
