Eclipse headunits are vastly superior to alpine..if you're happy with it, great, but you'd have to pay me to take an alpine headunit. Their speakers are decent, and their amps aren't too bad, but a little sensitive to excessive voltage..

i found they still had one of the pioneer combo's left at bestbuy so i bought it, the deck is decent, has an ipod connecter and plays mp3 off cds but it doesnt have rca connectors for subs.  decent for 90 dollars which includes 4 6 1/2's.   havent gotten it installed yet, should be in hopefully this weekend.
