thanks for all the great comments everyone. i got a bunch of pictures but i have not had any time to upload them right now. i got my sunpro tach in, reset the kick down cable, set the timing and drove it around all day thursday and boy is she running like a champ now. i got a few good laughs also from prople trying to speed up and not let me onto the highway. it just put a huge smile on my face as i floored it and pulled a few car lenghts on them lol.

yea, Shean knows all about having those "kickdown" cables hooked up...a rather nasty '83 Z28 gave him a good lesson in that  ::)

a certain 700R4 that lasted about 20 miles before grenading because the TV cable wasn't hooked up... ;D

HAHAHAHAHA i forgot about that. ya that did suck, had to drive in 3rd gear to the tranny shop with no reverse lol. i remember the planatery gears where no more, looked like metal sand in the pan.
