1976 Chevy A/C Hoses

I tried searching through to see if there was already a thread about it but couldnt find one.  Does anyone know where i can order the A/C lines that run through the core support to hook up to the Condenser?  I have searched and can only find the hoses that run from compressor to evaporator and from the accumulator to the core support.   Or does anyone have any information on how to make my own adapted hoses to run through the Core support?

Thank you all in advance for any help or info.

www.coldhose.com is a good source for making custom hoses or getting lines made.
