Thanx guys! The bed is going on this weekend hopefully. I am carefully working on my radio install now. I want it to look good.

I always cut the dash bezels with an air saw and they never came out perfect but this time I used a hot knife on the end of my soldering iron and used a bezel with the big radio opening. I got it to fit perfect in the bezel. Now I just have to cut the dash! :lol

I have a Dremel tool and it has a miniture blade that looks like a skill saw blade on about a 2" long shank. It works great for coutting plastic. I am in the process of installing mechanical gauges in my 86s idiot light gauge cluster.

Well I've since gotten the interior together, the stereo installed, the bed on amongst 10 zillion other silly little things like the headliner and such but here are some more pics. The outside ones didn't come out so good because it was pouring out!

The seats are awesome! They're from a company in California that custom builds them. They cost over $1,000 bucks but my butt is worth it.

This is the company one.newsales.com/store_ma...9&offset=0
Just be aware these aren't in stock, they build them and take a while to get and they don't look just like in the picture. Also their prices don't reflect add ons like the track to fit your truck, console, fabrics etc but I liked the idea of being able to customize mine rather than just pick one out of a book so that's why I used them. I'll try to get more pix later like with the seat up

Your truck looks really nice. Good job man. Are you going to paint the middle of your grill blue? I think that would look good.

paint job on truck

That is an awesome looking truck and paint. I'm pricing paint for my 76 fleetside and wondering what kind of feedback I can get from you guys as far as price expected and quality, like a 2 stage primer with base clear coat finished off with 4? coats of clear, (one to be sanded pretty much). I'm interested in everybody's opinions!

Whatever happened to Truck of the Month? Remember when we couldn't even get anybody to put theirs in for it? :lol
Thanks Vile, for sharing your truck with us. Really one of the best!

Thanks for all the compliments! I would consider making a seperate blue insert in the grill if I get bored and see how it looks or someone could photoshop it on there for me if they're bored :lol

I just finished the exhaust system. It came out beautiful. I used a set of shorty headers made for an 88 up chevy and dual aluminized with Flowmasters and two universal cats that will only be on there for a short amount of time :evil  I will have to post some more pics maybe this weekend if the weather ever clears up!
