Delay Wipers

My '84 has the blinker-mounted wiper/cc switch, but with no delay.  If I replace the stalk with a newer, delay one, do I need anything else to have delay wipers?  I guess I'm asking if the delay module is in the switch -

No the delay module is under the steering column.
