For the vent windows, you'll need to remove the rivets and re-rivet them. I like to put a quick tack weld too for rigidity when I'm done. The rest is easy

the rivets, where can you get them? and is there a special tool? is there any kind of adhesive needed for any of the other seals? to get the main vent seal on do you need to remove the vent glass?

Go to harborfreight or the like and get a pop rivet gun and some pop rivets.

No adhesive just get some sil glide or silicone spray

To replace the vent window seals you need to remove and dismantle the vent window.

silicone spray is a lubricant, what is sil glide? is any adhesive needed for door glass runs or does it all just snap in?

You don't need adhesive. If you want to use 3m weatherstripping adhesive.

Great advice Vile!! Wish I had read this thread before I tackled yesterday. I struggled a bit getting the new seals around the vent glass until I decided to use liquid dish soap to lubricate them. The replacement seals I got seemed a little too long but got them to work. My first time so it took me a while to get the seal to seat in the sharp corner. Wish I had had some spray silicone on hand, it probably would have worked better.
