Or maybe the wife/gf has one? I have been looking all around at replacement interior door lock handles, (the little nub you can pull up on to let yourself out from inside) and I can't seem to find anything that is satisfactory. Except 1 thing, the ones off a dodge caliber I saw at the state fair. The are thick enough to take up the whole area where they sit, unlike the aftermarket ones and the factory ones. And they are black, they should match any interior color. And mine are old and deteriorated of course, so I was thinking of replacing them with the ones off the dodge. So on the off chance that someone here might have one of those SUV's, can anyone think of anything that might hold me back from doing this? You can buy 'em brand new from the dodge dealer for $16 each, and they come with the metal rod already installed. Oh and just to be 100% clear, I am not talking about the door handle, I am talking about the little release knob you can pull up on to let yourself out if the door is locked. It goes up and down when you lock and unlock the door, and they can be found on the very top of the door panel, at the rear.
