considering an 83 with 6.2 Diesel

I havent heard many people saying good things about the 6.2 Diesels...
Anything I should be concerned with? photos looks pretty nice, but its a big hike for me to look at it (100 miles) I need a good 2wd work truck/beater

This Truck is well maintained, Oil Sprayed, Body is in decent shape for the year and has true dual exhaust pipes out the side and the transmission was just rebuilt with a shift kit 3 years ago. The truck also just had a recent oil change and a coolant flush / change done on October 14, 2009.

The truck was just certified on September 18, 2009. This Truck Runs And Drives Great!

There is nothing wrong with the 6.2L diesels, they aren't power houses, but they can pull down some great mileage.

It looks like they have done a LOT of work. Some of that stuff it can be a little hard to verify it has actually been done without crawling around under the truck, but it looks like they have taken very good care of it. $2500 would probably be a fair price for that truck in my area.
The 6.2 is a good engine, just not as powerful as modern diesels. Parts are much cheaper than modern diesels, and mpg usually better too.
