Military Aircraft tug built by Chevrolet

I've never seen one of these before  :o

Cool rig for sure!  I'm trying to resist the precieved need to own it.

Powered by a 6.2 diesel with an automatic transmission. It is four wheel drive and puts the power the ground via a set of ZF axles with gear reduction hubs. The truck has full hydro steering and a selector lever to run two wheel front steer, oblique, or four wheel steering. It has multiple towing points and pulls very strong.

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

The airport really is a place to see highly unusual, yet somewhat recognizable, machinery.

Our tug was not four wheel steer grr but it had the front pintle I found it easier to push the birds because you could at least see which way it was going lol
