Drilling hole for power doors
« on: March 19, 2010, 02:37:28 pm »
Another question. I'm going from manual to full power doors
and have to drill the hole in the door post.
Does the front fender have to come off to do this?
It's hard for me to tell.....hope the answer in NO....lol

The doors only need to be off. If you look close you will see two little dimples in the a pillar post. Drill them for the screws that hold the boot. Drill a bigger hole for the wires to run through.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
