Drilling hole for power doors

Another question. I'm going from manual to full power doors
and have to drill the hole in the door post.
Does the front fender have to come off to do this?
It's hard for me to tell.....hope the answer in NO....lol

The doors only need to be off. If you look close you will see two little dimples in the a pillar post. Drill them for the screws that hold the boot. Drill a bigger hole for the wires to run through.
