what t case for 4wd nv4500

im in tha process of puttin a 93 model nv4500 which has the 6.34 low in my 85 1/2 ton 4x4 ,does any body know what t case has the round 6 hole pattern and matching spline shaft for it . i tried the stock np208 and its shaft is too small  for the 4500

Is it a 27 spline?  If it is it you may need a different adapter...

no its a 32 spline i think i need a right hand 241 maybe i cant find out much info on em such as wat splines they are my 4500 came with a 241c

you need a NP205 with a 32 spline count to work with a NV4500.

Only a round pattern.  Also a round pattern 241 will work so will a round pattern 208.  I have done the 208 and the 241 is pretty much the same as far as mounting it goes

TH 400 or SM465 NP 208 will work. The one you have is for a 700R4, or a TH 350.
