Correct engine in truck?
« on: October 06, 2011, 06:12:55 pm »
I have yet to run the block numbers to verify what it is, but my 1987 V-10, according to the vin is a 305. It does have the center bolt heads as well as the fuel injection, but I noticed on the block it has the fuel pump block off plate. It also has 3 accesory belts--2 "V" belts and one ribbed. I seen somewhere they sell a tensioner for my year motor, but my truck does not have the serp belt set-up. Is this the correct set up for my year?
