door panels

I just bought some door panels from a guy who didnt tell me they where for power winds and locks. I guess you should never buy anything un seen eh! anyways now that I have them i need to figure out a way to fill these holes? anybody have any ideas? they are mint but they after market as well I really would like to keep them but not with 2 square holes in each one.

There is not good way to fill them and have it look like they were never there.

1)Cover them with fabric
2)convert to pw/pl
3)be creative and add some chevy symbol or other feature to cover it up.  Cupholders???
4)sell 'em and get the right ones
