16" with 5X5 bolt pattern?
« on: December 25, 2010, 04:18:59 pm »
i'm thinking about going to 16" tires.  Any suggestions as far as rims?  This has to be in the 5X5 bolt pattern.  Would prefer to stay GM if this exists.

i don't need any wider than 8".

Impala ss wheels but they don't exactly have the right offset to look like they belong on our trucks.

The impala wheels will probably work for me.

The other thing i came up with is jeep cherokee (yuck) 99-08  16X7

Cragar has a few but i don't like the looks of them.

Mickey Thompson has a few i like but big $$$.

Why do you want to go to 16"s?

Well, i'm not serious but i'm thinking about going with something like the michelin xps.  They run like 80psi and i'm thinking that would have a positive effect on mpg.
