Rear brake problem need help!

My 85 silverado does not have rear brakes.  i removed the line for the rears at the master and got very little, so i replaced the master.  the new one now has the same problem!  what do i check next.

Proportioning valve. did you remove the line before or after the rubber line that goes to the rear

Please clarify. Are you saying you have no hydraulic pressure directly out of the master cylinder for the rear channel? If so did you bench bleed the master cylinder prior to installation? Are you using clean new DOT 3 brake fluid?

i have no pressure out of the master to the rear at all.  i did not bench bleed the new master.  what does that entail as i have not done that before.

That's your problem right there.
The new master should have come with directions to bench bleed....

it could be the rubber hose. the inside deteriorates and clogs up
