nv4500 k10 conversion..

will it bolt up to a np208 t-case or will i have trouble?

   I think you will need an adaptor, but with a nv4500 trans, your truck will shift way better.

Be sure to put new synchro rings before installing the transmission.  Upgrade to brass ones if possible.  The 3rd gear syncro is most common to go out.

i think all i need is a bel housing and maybe flywheel? is there a diff. between vortec 350 and a regular 350?
