you need the ets overide to drive through a snow bank or deep snow otherwise your trans upshifts and then it cuts power-retarded (can't get your speed up) althought the ets can be helpful when taking off from a stoplight when it is icy. the way i see it is if your not smart enough to drive slippery roads without ets then you probably aren't smart enough to be driving with it either. car makers should stop trying to idiot proof their cars.

It's amazing how stupid a kid can and still have Daddy buying them toys like that.
There are two tools needed, duct tape and WD40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD 40.
