lwb to swb conversion

Has anyone every cut a lwb bed to a swb bed ? If so could you tell me how many inches to cut in the front and back any help will be gladly appreciated  ;D ::)

You need to remove a 14" section behind the cab and knock 6" off of the back of the frame.
