help with front wheel cylinders
« on: December 25, 2013, 06:05:55 pm »
I can't seem to find front wheel cylinders for my 82 c20. Took it to the mechanic to have the brakes bled and the bleeder screws broke off. Does anybody know where to find replacements or an entire kit for all 4 wheels. Thank you

Why do you have front wheel cylinders?

I'm going to guess to say you meant to say you broke the screw off the caliper.  wheel cylinders are used with drum brakes.

Are you wanting new calipers?  or just replace the bleeders?

Hey thanks for the replies and yes I meant calipers( I had been up for over 24 hours) I was havinng them bled and the guy busted a bleeder off the rear wheel cylinder and front caliper. Both drivers side. Where's a good place to pick up a good front caliper and rear cylinder is what my dying brain was trying to say.

Any chain parts store should have those in stock.
