Vent Window sticking..

My passenger side vent window is getting stuck. The top tip of the window is catching on the frame as seen below.
Any idea what to adjust/check to fix this?

Is it loose (no tension)? There is a spring on the bottom side sometimes they can get like this when they are broken or the spring falls off...

It's nice and stiff. Takes quite a bit of pressure to pop the window open, and a bit of pressure to pop it back closed.

That isn't quite the same vent/truck. Can you post a pic of the whole window and one of the top and bottom portion.

it almost looks like they are windows for a "G" van. but I don't think they would fit in the truck frame.

The way it is swinging makes me think there is something wrong with the lower portion of the pivot.
