I see what you are saying. So i am back to the start. What rear disk  will work with 15" wheels and 5x5 bolt pattern. Is that what i should have ask?

A Jeep WJ (99-04 Grand Cherokee) should be 5x5 and fit 15" rims with discs

As stated, the ones I posted use '94-'96 Impala/Caprice rotors (5x5") and '93-'97 F-body calipers which have a built in e-brake.

If I recall correctly the hat of the rotor is too small for the GM truck axle flange.

Unless you have a really good reason, this isn't a mod you'll be saying WOW! so glad I did it. There's money much better spent on other upgrades and the drum braking system works great if it's in good working order.
