hydroboost identification
« on: April 06, 2015, 01:29:44 pm »
I have a hydroboost system and it fits my truck with no modification to the mounting it or hooking up to my brake pedal and the guy that I got it from we don't talk any more, so I was wondering what year it's from and wear I can possible get a rebuild kit. It leaks where the arm attaches to the brake pedal. I can provide pictures if requested.

Info on the truck would be good. Year, make, model, 1/2, 3/4 or 1 ton, 2wd or 4wd. Alot of models came factory with a hydroboost system. Pics help alot too.

Sorry about that, 79 Chevy short bed c10. It didn't originally come on my truck. I'll provide pictures in about an hour or two.

The only trucks that usually came with hydroboost were 1 tons and diesels. If you find it in any other truck its usually placed in it specifically.

So would it be safe to say that my hydroboost came off of a 79ish truck and if so where can I find a rebuild kit, I've been searching but no good luck really.
