 Nope.
 He had it listed for 4000$
 It was for sale for two months no one would buy it because it didn't run. The throttle was stuck wide open. And I was on a Military base not allot of people can just walk right in.

He lowered it to 3000$ then two weeks later  2000$  That's when I called.
 I wasn't able to look at it or drive it.
 I

 I told him I'd have to tow it the 45 miles back to my house and that was going to cost me. The best I could do was 1500$ with out being able to test drive it.
