Windshield wiper malfunction

I'm working on a "85 c10 and every time I turn on the truck, honk the horn, turn on the turn signal the windshield wipers turn on. It's great when it's raining but annoying when it's not. Any suggestions on fixing this? Thanks.

Have you tried asking it nicely if it will not do that?
