electric system overhaul 1978 c10

first post so sorry if something goes wrong, but I have a 1978 c10 long bed that is a daily driver for me. the previous owner crashed it and it caught on fire so the whole front end was burnt up. everything to make it drive has been replaced but I need to rewire everything from front to back. there is the painless wiring kit that I want but I am unsure of what to get. I have a new steering column and moved the ignition to the dash and I guess there's a difference between the column and dash ignition harness. I also don't know how many circuits I need for it. I want to eventually add power windows, power locks, sound system, and anti theft system so I'm not sure if I need more circuits or not. any help on what to get and what to do is greatly appreciated.
