hugger (shorty) headers

I purchased a set of hugger headers brand-new for cheap. Has anyone ever used these on they're 73-87 trucks? Do they fit good or have any clearance problems?

1979 C20  350 5.7

Have them on my 55 Chevy but never used them on a truck. I would think being you have a 2 wheel drive they would point strait down at the front crossmember.

If the collector is in the middle they won't work on these trucks.
