16" or 17" Wheels
« on: July 12, 2023, 09:27:02 pm »
Anybody run these to avoid clearance issues with drop spindles ?

Or just because you like them?

Wondering about tire availability while trying to stay with the old school look.

I agree, the smaller the better.

I'm still hoping that the 15" will work but time will tell.

15" or 17".

16 is a $#*() size wheel.  no choices.  15" and 17" have lots of choices from car to truck tires.

Run 17's with 31.6" diameter tires on a K20 with stock suspension. I have never thought there wasn't enough wheel section, but I imagine your 2wd, dropped truck is running smaller diameter tires. I don't think I would go any smaller now days. The tire selection in 16" and 15" is dwindling.
