I still don't see why you don't just get a replacement VECI label and route your emissions as the label suggests and be done with it. They won't argue with what's on the label.

Where do i get the one I need?  I looked in  , Classic Industries, Year One.  Others listed, but not mine.  LMK if you know another source.

Find a good GM dealer who knows what they're doing. They should either have a catalog or old microfische that they can come up with a part # for you.
