14" at the back of the cab, about 6 at the rear of the frame.

thanks for the info   does anyone know if a 2 wheel drive radiator support is same as 4x4 support and how is the best way to lift a crew cab to put on other frame    taking 2 trucks to make one

also forgot to ask if rear leaf springs need to move forward for swb bed after frame is shortened even if using steel flatbed

If you mean radiator support as in core support there is no 4x4 vs 4x2 version, just one.
Removing a Crew cab body?  Fork lift, 4 post lift, 2 post lift

If you cut the frame 14" behind the cab, the whole rear section is going to move forward, so I am not quite sure what you mean about do the rear springs need to move

Can we have a little more input on this subject. I thought it was 14" behind the car and 6" off the rear.

That's what I did with my 8' bed. 14" and 6"
