No Front parking lights

I'm curious to know what happens if you run a temporary wire from the splice to another ground to see if the parking lights come on..

lol i thought of that but then i thought hes more into fixing this for a friend not temp fixing it but it should work if was to do it

GOOD NEWS! I replaced the driver 1157 socket connector (the parts store didn't have two connectors, will replace passenger side tonight), installed the bulb and the driver front parking light works perfectly!

I'm confident I'll get the same result with the passenger side tonight. I don't like to throw parts at things and appreciate everyone's advice!

I've never seen two connectors bad at once but anything's possible.

My theory on that is that one went bad say 2 years ago he never fixed it the other one went out two weeks ago so when you got to it, it seemed like both went out at the same time (time reference was to say they went out at two different times )

You know what the irony of this fix is?  The owner will never understand the frustration of the troubleshooting you did.

Final update: Replaced the passenger side connector and everything works great now.
