well now that banks has a marine 6.6 deisel with the stand alone computer for it,it should be pretty easy to put a duramax in our older chevys.Im thinking a 6.6 duramax/2 wheel zf 6 speed/divoreced np 205
.Then put it in the 87 crew cab.I will have to see how much the stand alone computer runs,just thinking

Did they figure out the ecu for the marine engine? You know, it runs nitrous oxide to keep the turbos cool. Is that your plan?
