Dually
« on: May 22, 2009, 07:56:39 am »
I have a Chevy Dually I am working on.  It is a 1977 but I have replaced the bed with a 1985.  I need the passenger side dually fender.  Does anyone know where I can find one of these?  It seems everyone local wants me to buy the entire bed, and all I need is one dually fender...

Any help is appreciated.

Do you happen to have the original one from the 85 bed? If so with a little work it can be redone and if you take your time you can make  it look like it was never repaired.
Or try looking at :

I do have original.  It has quite a few cracks in it.  I have never worked with fiberglass before is the problem.  Is it pretty easy?  What are the steps to fixing it?

Thanks

Post up a couple pictures so we can give you the best advice. Top side & bottom. Maybe number the areas in some way so we can refer to them individually. Lorne
