want to lower my truck

I'm thinking of lowering my truck. It's a 86 full size 8ft bed. Right now it is all stock. I would like to put 20" in the back and 18" in the front. How much of a drop should I do?

The size of the wheels doesn't matter. What's the overall height of the tires going to be?

if the front tires are going to be around 27" I would go with a 6" drop in the front and 6"
