wiering fried ?

ok i pluged my charger in the cigarette lighter and my dome light flickerd on and then whent out , so now if you open the door only the light under the dash comes on  wearh huh  even worse the horn dont work but if you push the button the dome light comes on ???  when i turn the dimer swich to turn on the interior lights only the under dash light works .......................every thing was fine till i pluged  in the charger .....................any ideas ?  like i said every thing was fine at one time ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

unplug the cig receptacle and check your fuses

If you fuses are blown and still blow when replaced, is there any non factory wiring in the truck (new radio, etc).
Mine kept blowing and someone wired one of the power wires incorrectly to a ground wire on the aftermarket radio
