If you remove the under the hood stuff you will have extra holes in the firewall that the standard non AC set up will not cover.  I think they make an AC delete kit but I am not for certain on that.  Pretty much everything else you can leave alone unless you really want to change it completely over.  If it were me and my AC didn't work and I had no intentions of having it fixed I would ditch the compressor, hoses and AC brackets.  I would leave the condenser as a radiator protector of sorts, I had a large chunk of rock bounce off the back of a truck one time, bounced and took out my grill and hit the condenser and V-ed it to it just touched the radiator... Why do you want to ditch it? You'll need to reclaim the refrigerant and then remove all of the components. Leave the A/C relay in tact and hide all of your wiring. http://acdelete.com/pages/73-90_Truck.htm

Most of the ac stuff is pulled out the panel you gave me is what i needed thank you. The stuff under the dash is not the part that bugs me it is the under hood stuff. the compressor is gone and there is hoses hanging out and the big box sticks out bad. I live in Northern Ontario Cold is not an issue for me :)
