James Cap, a quadriplegic since a Nov. 4, 1979 high school football accident, holds the tube in his mouth that he uses to aim and fire his shotgun as he sits in his wheel chair in a shed where he hunts Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, in Manville, N.J. Recently Cap won a two-and-a-half-year legal battle to allow him to use a shotgun special ly mounted on his wheelchair and operated by a breathing tube.

That is great news!  I think everybody that wants to hunt should be able to, and where there is a will, there is a way.  I hope he shot a trophy buck or what ever he was hunting!
My question is, why did it take 2 1/2 yrs. to win the right that is a freedom in America! Shame on the court system for letting this become an issue!!! >:(

I think some blame goes to the attorneys, don't you?  They have a way to prolong any case because there are attorneys on both sides trying to win...it is a game.  And, the longer they go at it, the more they get paid.
