hinge pin 80 C20???

replacing top hinge pin on drivers side and   S  piece that holds door open. [its gone] can this be done without removing door or hinge?

I would just buy a new hinge.

well ,i pulled the door off, replaced pin and bushings along with the S piece. my son held the door while i removed the bolts and while i bolted the door back on. no adjustment needed i could see where the bolts lined up.1 hr later done.
