Auto To Manual 84 C10. Driveshaft troubles.

I have my saginaw 4 speed in the truck and bolted up , I knew the driveshaft from the automatic would not fit because it had the long tail shaft , so I managed to get a 2 piece driveshaft of my uncle , and I was looking at the truck it came of off ( 86 C10 with the 3 on the tree ) and it has a differant crossmember with the mount for the drive shaft , is there any other rig that has a one piece I could use , or how would I mount the two piece on mine , im trying to stay away from cutting the cross member out of the other truck

go to the local junk yard and get one off a junker that is a manual trans.

they use the same driveshaft that I have , the Two piece .. I figured im just gonna cut the rivets and beat them out.
