1986 tailgate handle

Its there a kit for the 1986 chevy truck, that i can put the tailgate handle on the inside? i been searching online,but i cant find any.maybe theres none..not sure..

thanx!... i didnt know it was that $$, i did it on my dodge truck and it probably cost me around $35..
