Quad, as in stacked double lights?
On a 78 to do that you will need an 81/87 cowl panel, the plastic screen that goes under it, filler between the bumper, and the grill. Need 81/87 battery  tray, hood, inner, and outer fenders. You will also need hood springs, and hinges. You will need to cut the hinges into the cab's cowl. You will need to swap in the 81/87 and up wiper transmission assembly. Plus all the lights, the wire harness, and grill parts.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
