" The other guy " is a local excavation company owner, and one of our selectman. He is also about the most underhanded, crooked guy around here. Can you say conflict of intrest, nepotism, do as I say, not as I do! He puts in illegal septics, fills in wet lands, buys tax property before it has a chance to go public bid. Strips every piece of land he buys for timber, and gravel. Then lies about how much of each to the state to avoid timber, and gravel tax. If I pee off my back porch though he is right on the phone reporting me to dept. of enviromental services!
