meaty tires on c20 with 3/5 drop

I'm dropping my truck 3/5 and want to stick some good sized meats in the back. I'm staying with 16's and hope to use stock size tires up front. Truck is a long bed stepside if that helps. She'll be run at the strip as build progresses. Never done a drop before any info on tire/wheel combos would be great thanks!

Width I have 32x 8.5 right now. I would like to stay between 30 to 32 tall though.

For the rear you should be able to fit  one 14" wide with the right backspacing.

Awesome thank you doesn't the c20 have 0 backspacing? I still have the old steelies on it( that will change)

Zero backspacing no, Offset probably not.
I think they were 4" backspacing.
