Steel dash removal questions

when you install the dash did you put any type of sealant or ??? ? at the lip were it was spot welded?

what did you use to drill out the spot welds?

You can use a spotweld drill or a regular drill to remove the spot welds.  If you don't destroy the original lip sealant isn't required.
