What years of the manual window regulator will fit my 73?

It's been a long time, but if I remember correctly - the '73 trucks have a window with a track that used smaller rollers, with smaller rollers on the regulator to match (and door track).

Are your doors and window hardware original 1973?

As far as I know mine are the original doors. The doors I bought, which were in ruff shape, were off a 76 made in Canada. I bought them for the window regulators. I plan on removing the guts from inside the doors and then scrapping the rest.

Check the rollers on the '76 regulators against what you currently have.

If they're the same, then you should be good to go.  You might take some photos to document any differences you may find.

I think 73 was a one year only small roller
We have em on our truck
You can use some special bolts from a decent hardware store to bolt on new rollers  if you can find new rollers

The 76 regulators would not work. The rollers were larger. The regulator on the left is from my 73 and the one on the right is from the 76.
The knucklehead that worked on my truck before me needs to have their tools taken away. The window crank shaft was trashed and they drilled a hole in it and put in a cotter pin to hold the crap handle they put on.
