I've pulled off the door panels and painted them, but was wondering-is it worth the effort to add insulation to the interior side of the doors before reinstalling the panels?

If you have some go for it. The door panels are so cheesy on these trucks anything you to do to make them better is worth it.

I just installed some a few weeks ago and it did make a difference. I did the inside of the exterior and the inside of the interior that was covered by the door panel. (Hope that made sense) I got my insallation through B-Quiet.
