my 87 tbi just quit running on me on the way home today 3 times. each time it started right back up. do you all think the fuel pump is going bad on me? any help would be appreciated thanks lumpy ps.... it just dies it didnt sputter ar anything

You need to determine why it's dying. Does it lose spark? Does it lose injector pulse? Do you have fuel pressure? When it dies can you hear the fuel pump running? Buy yourself a TBI fuel pressure gauge and TEE into the system and check your pressure. I believe 9-13 PSI off the top of my head is acceptable.
