ported vacuum switch

I have broken the plastic top part off the pvs in the thermostat housing and a new one has to be ordered.Ive got all the vacuum lines plugged that connected to it and it seems to be running fine.My question is since its mounted in the thermostat housing will any water come out since the plastic top part is gone.   thx

No. The T doesn't port into the thermostat.

If you keep the tvs switch in place, it wont leak.  It is threaded into the thermostadt housing, but it is solid....the bottom doest actually open up.  It simply a copper part that is sensitive to heat.  Once it is hot enought it allows vacuum to circulate through the lines.  Antifreeze doesnt circulate through the vacuum lines.
