Radiator Support Patch Panel?

Hello, does anybody know if there is any patch panels for radiator support for the 73-80 trucks?  Where they rust on the passenger side.  I see some for the 60's trucks and I've looked for a very long time.  Thanks.

Might just have to get "metal working" neighbor to fab something up ???
